If you need to cancel your order, the following deductions will apply based on when you make the request:

  • Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order for a 100% full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after this period may face a partial processing deduction of up to 35%.
  • After 7 Days: Requests made after one week are evaluated individually and can carry up to a 50% restocking fee, particularly for made-to-order products.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you reject the delivery of your package without securing a prior cancellation approval from us, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

  • Exchange items typically take 10–15 business days to ship out.
  • Refunds are only issued after we inspect the returned item and can take 15–20 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
  • A restocking fee may apply to returns.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be returned or exchanged.
