At Jacket Crafters, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange window that begins on the day your package is delivered.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all store tags attached.
- You must provide your original order number and the email address linked to your purchase.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for returned or exchanged items.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a wrong item, damaged product, or incorrect size that differs from your order, we gladly cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or full refund.
Return Process
Before sending any items back, please contact us at cs@jacketcrafters.com to request a return authorization. We will provide you with the designated return address.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Once your returned item arrives and passes quality inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days without any hidden processing deductions.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@jacketcrafters.com with photos of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund.
