At Jacket Crafters, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and smoothly. We believe in being transparent, so here is everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver your items.
Shipping Timelines
- Standard Shipping: We deliver worldwide within 8–12 business days after receiving your payment. This gives us enough time to check the quality of your outerwear and pack it carefully.
- Expedited Shipping: If you choose our Fast Shipping option, your order will arrive within 4–8 business days.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is packed and ready to go, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. You will also get a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Our Courier Partners
To ensure your package arrives safely and on time, we only partner with trusted global courier services, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
Delivery Addresses
Please provide a valid physical residential or street address at checkout. Because our couriers require a physical location for delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Customs & Import Duties
Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Since these charges vary depending on local laws, they must be covered by the buyer.
Product Availability
Delivery times can sometimes vary based on stock levels and your location. To get your items to you as fast as possible, we occasionally ship orders directly from our international manufacturing hubs.
